My condo was built by Pulte and I couldn't be happier with this Cape Coral home builder.
I bought my home brand-new, and I appreciate that the finishes, appliances, fixtures and other materials are all of the finest quality.
Being an artist, I think they did a really good job with their floor plans and designs.

Sales people were all helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, no one was pushy or high pressure.
Buying my home from them was a very good experience, and they fixed the few problems I had quickly after I moved in.
I had another walk-through a year after I bought my place and again, they quickly resolved the few things that needed to be fixed.
Pulte homes have open floor plans, covered lanais, tile floors, upgraded carpeting, Corian countertops, solid wood cabinets, and Moen faucets as some of the many features.
Pools are available at an extra cost with the villas and single family homes.
Carriage homes have their own community pool and access to the community-wide lagoon pool.
Overall, they offer excellent customer service and homes and I highly recommend them.
