Trafalgar Woods - If you're in the market for Cape Coral real estate, you'll definitely want to check out this lovely and exclusive gated community.
Located near schools and shopping, it's in the SW Cape between Skyline and Chiquita Blvds off of Veterans, making it easy to get to various locations in the Cape, Ft Myers, and Punta Gorda.
Behind the gates are 49 beautiful, custom homes on half-acre or larger lots, and there are still some building lots available.
Many of these unique, upscale homes are quite large, most have 3-5 bedrooms. Some even have 6 bedrooms, and many of them have pools and spas.
The homes are on winding streets with mature trees, attractive landscaping, and 2 picturesque lakes.
Trafalgar is tucked in a residential neighborhood, across the street from another gated community, Heatherwood Lakes, and Trafalgar Elementary School. Trafalgar Middle School is just up the street.

I was fortunate to be able to go in and see the many lovely homes, quiet neighborhoods, and I especially loved all the shade trees with Spanish Moss hanging down.
